Up for sale is an all handmade 22mm Baseball Glove Watch Strap.
This one of a kind baseball glove strap was made from a Stan Musial autograph baseball glove. Stan “the Man” Musial is widely considered to be one of the greatest and most consistent hitters in baseball history, Musial spent 22 seasons playing for the St. Louis Cardinals from 1941 to 1944 and from 1946 to 1963. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1969. He was a 24x All Star, 3x NL MVP, 7x NL Batting Champion, 2x NL RBI leader, is in the Cardinals Hall of Fame, with his number 6 retired and is a member of the All Century Team.
This baseball glove strap measures 22mm (no taper), 70 mm x 123 mm x ~4.7 mm thick. I hand stitched this strap with charcoal gray waxed synthetic thread. This strap features “Stan the Man” in his batting stance on the short side and the “Stan Musial” autograph on the long side. The strap comes with one large floating keeper, “Nylon Stitched”. The first hole is 50mm from the lug. Extra holes can be punched upon request.
The strap comes with a custom Mott screw-in Pre-V style stainless steel buckle. I also have custom Mott bronze and black PVD buckles, which can be exchanged at no additional charge. If not specified, the strap will ship with the buckle as shown.
Sizing: Baseball glove straps that are over 4.5mm tend to wear a bit smaller than their dimensions, since most OEM straps are less than 4 mm thick. If you’re on the fence, I can try the strap on one of my watches. If you’re still not sure, I’d suggest you go with a longer strap or reach out about a custom strap.
Most of my straps will also work with Apple watches. I can test fit adapters on them to make sure there is enough clearance. Please ask before purchasing.
