24mm Bobby Murcer Baseball Glove Watch Strap Yankees Panerai Kaventsmann Apple
Up for sale is an all handmade 24mm Baseball Glove Watch Strap.
The glove used for this strap was a Bobby Murcer autograph baseball glove. Murcer is mostly known for his time playing baseball for the New York Yankees and broadcasting for them, but also played for the San Francisco Giants and Chicago Cubs. He was a 5 time All Star and Gold Glove winner.
This baseball glove strap measures 24mm (no taper), 80 mm x 128 mm x ~5.1 mm thick. I stitched this strap with black Tiger thread - the best waxed polyester thread available. Edges were burnished smooth.
This strap features the “Bobby Murcer” autograph on the short side and the really cool “Perma-Trap” logo on the long side. The strap comes with two floating keepers, “Top Grain Cowhide” and “Rawhide Lacing”. The first hole is 50mm from the lug end. Extra holes can be punched upon request.
The strap comes with a custom stainless steel Mott screw-in Pre-V style buckle. I also have custom Mott bronze and PVD buckles, which can be exchanged at no additional charge. If not specified, the strap will ship with a steel buckle as shown.
Sizing: Baseball glove straps that are over 4.5mm tend to wear a bit smaller than their dimensions, since most OEM straps are less than 4 mm thick. If you’re on the fence, I suggest you go with a longer strap or reach out about a custom strap.
Most of my straps will also work with Apple watches. I can test fit adapters on them to make sure there is enough clearance. Please ask before purchasing.
