Up for sale is an all handmade 24mm Baseball Glove Watch Strap.
The baseball glove used for this handmade baseball glove watch strap was a Made in the USA Wilson Spear-M first baseman’s glove. I’ve been making glove straps for quite a while and haven’t seen another one of these gloves. Made in USA gloves are also getting harder to find.
This baseball glove strap measures 24mm (no taper), 75 mm x 125 mm x ~3.9 mm thick. I hand stitched this strap with red Tiger thread - the best waxed synthetic thread available.
The glove for this strap features “Wilson Made in USA” on the long side and “Spear-M model” on the short side. The keeper’s logo is “A2760” which is the glove number.
The first hole was punched at 50mm from the lug. Extra holes can be punched upon request. Edges have been burnished smooth.
The strap comes with a custom Mott screw-in Pre-V style stainless steel buckle. I also have custom Mott bronze and black PVD buckles, which can be exchanged at no additional charge. If not specified, the strap will ship with the buckle as shown.
Sizing: Baseball glove straps that are over 4.5mm tend to wear a bit smaller than their dimensions, since most OEM straps are less than 4 mm thick. If you’re on the fence, I can try the strap on one of my watches. If you’re still not sure, I’d suggest you go with a longer strap or reach out about a custom strap.
Most of my straps will also work with Apple watches. I can test fit adapters on them to make sure there is enough clearance. Please ask before purchasing.
