Up for sale is an all handmade custom order 26mm Baseball Glove Watch Strap.
This one of a kind baseball glove strap was made from a harder to find Joe Carter autograph baseball glove. Joe Carter played in Major League Baseball as an outfielder and first baseman for the Chicago Cubs, Cleveland Indians, San Diego Padres, Toronto Blue Jays, Baltimore Orioles, and San Francisco Giants. Carter is a five-time MLB All-Star, 2 time silver slugger winner, 2 time World Series winner and the AL RBI leader in 1986. He is only one of two players to end a World Series with a walk off homerun. The Blue Jays have inducted him into their Level of Excellence.
This baseball glove strap measures 26mm (no taper), 83 mm x 135 mm x ~4.5 mm thick. I hand stitched this strap with black Tiger thread, the best waxed synthetic thread available. This strap features the “Joe Carter” autograph on the short side and the “Top Grain Cowhide” logo on the long side. You'll notice that one of the holes from the glove is at the top of the short side of the strap. It will not affect the straps durability and longevity. The strap comes with one large floating keeper “Wilson”. The first hole is 50mm from the lug. Extra holes can be punched upon request.
The strap comes with a custom Mott screw-in Pre-V style stainless steel buckle. I also have custom Mott bronze and black PVD buckles, which can be exchanged at no additional charge. If not specified, the strap will ship with the buckle as shown.
Sizing: Baseball glove straps that are over 4.5mm tend to wear a bit smaller than their dimensions, since most OEM straps are less than 4 mm thick. If you’re on the fence, I can try the strap on one of my watches. If you’re still not sure, I’d suggest you go with a longer strap or reach out about a custom strap.
Most of my straps will also work with Apple watches. I can test fit adapters on them to make sure there is enough clearance. Please ask before purchasing.
