26mm Larry Jackson Baseball Glove Watch Strap Panerai Kaventsmann Cubs 91/145
Up for sale is an all handmade 26mm Baseball Glove Watch Strap. The glove used for this strap was a super soft Larry Jackson autograph Rawlings baseball glove.
Larry Jackson played in Major League Baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago Cubs, and Philadelphia Phillies from 1955 to 1968. Among his career highlights, Jackson led the NL winning 24 games for the 8th place Chicago Cubs in 1964. He was runner up for the Cy Young that year. Jackson's 194 career NL victories are the most in the league since 1900 by any right-hander who never played for a first-place team.
This baseball glove strap measures 26mm (no taper), 91 mm x 145 mm x ~5.2 mm thick. I hand stitched this strap with black Tiger thread - the best waxed synthetic thread available.
This strap features the “100% Nylon Sewn” logo on the short side and the “Larry Jackson” autograph on the long side. The strap comes with one large floating keeper “Rawlings”. The first hole is 50mm from the lug. Extra holes can be punched upon request.
The strap comes with a custom Mott screw-in Pre-V style stainless steel buckle. I also have custom Mott bronze and black PVD buckles, which can be exchanged at no additional charge. If not specified, the strap will ship with the buckle as shown.
Sizing: Baseball glove straps that are over 4.5mm tend to wear a bit smaller than their dimensions, since most OEM straps are less than 4 mm thick. If you’re on the fence, I can try the strap on one of my watches. If you’re still not sure, I’d suggest you go with a longer strap or reach out about a custom strap.
Most of my straps will also work with Apple watches. I can test fit adapters on them to make sure there is enough clearance. Please ask before purchasing.
