24mm Baseball Glove Watch Strap Spaulding McAuliffe Detroit Tigers
The glove used for this strap was a vintage Spaulding Dick McAuliffe Autograph model baseball glove.
This baseball glove strap measures 24mm (no taper), 75 mm x 125 mm x ~5.0 mm thick. I saddle stitched this strap with black Tiger thread - the best waxed polyester thread available. Edges were burnished smooth.
This strap features “Autograph Model” on the buckle side and the “Dick McAuliffe” autograph on the long side. The strap comes with one large floating keeper: “Spaulding”. The first hole is 50 mm from the lug end. Extra holes can be punched upon request.
The strap includes a custom Mott stainless steel pre-V style screw-in buckle. I can swap out the buckle to a custom Mott screw-in bronze buckle at no charge. Just let me know upon checkout.
Sizing: Baseball glove straps that are over 4.5mm tend to wear a bit smaller than their dimensions, since most OEM straps are less than 4 mm thick.
