26mm Rustic Green Handmade Leather Watch Strap khaki beige thread 86/136 Panerai Kaventsmann
Up for sale is an all handmade 26mm rustic green leather watch strap. This strap is made from a great veg tan leather called Badalassi Carlo Pueblo from the Badalassi tannery in Italy. Here’s what Rocky Mountain leather says about the leather:
This veg tan leather is their top grade, it is full grain and has a nice supple feel with a small amount of firmness. This leather has a unique rustic look that adds beautiful depth to the leather and makes for an amazing patina as it ages.
As they described, you’ll see some rustic features in this leather, which is the lightened area that’s interspersed throughout the strap. This strap is soft to the touch and a medium firmness initially and will break in very easily with wear.
This strap measures 26mm (no taper), 86 mm x 136 mm x ~4.7 mm. I saddle stitched this strap with khaki/beige Tiger thread, the best waxed synthetic thread available. Edges were burnished smooth. The first hole is 50 mm from the lug end. Extra holes can be punched upon request.
The strap comes with a custom stainless steel Mott screw-in Pre-V style buckle. I also have custom Mott bronze buckles, which can be exchanged at no additional charge. If not specified, the strap will ship with the buckle as shown.
