26mm Rolled Canvas Watch Strap Air Force Blue Bronze Bronzo Panerai Kaventsmann
Up for sale is a handmade 26mm rolled canvas watch strap made from a blue military issued Air Force duffel bag.
The strap measures 26mm (no taper), 85mm x 138mm and is ~4mm thick. The first hole is 50mm from the end of the lug. More holes can be punched upon request.
I saddle-stitched this strap by hand with waxed bronze polyester thread. The strap features a large floating keeper with the Double X (Dos Equis) stitch on top. I like this look for a canvas keeper and there is no thread on the bottom of the keeper against your wrist. Most other makers do a butt stitch requiring a lot of stitching to keep the keeper together.
The strap will come with the custom Mott Pre-V style screw-in patina’ed bronze buckle. I can substitute a new bronze buckle upon request.
